So i'll try to keep this as short as possible. Turned phone on stuck in boot loop, did some researched, installed the drivers i need and the newest version of RSD lite and tried to flash with the fastboot files from here

Anyway so i hit uncompress and flash and after a few seconds i get this message:

 

Failed flashing process. Failed 1/19 flash petition, "gpt_main0.bin" phone returned fail etc...

 

Anyway am i totally screwed with this or what shoud i do? Now keep in mind large words confuse me so think of it as ELI5. Also hi! I'm new here but i'll put my introduction in the proper place. Thanks for the help. Also its a droid razr m xt907 and i put this in general because of the failed due to partition thing...

Search this site or the interwebs for Droid Razr M Utility, There is a version called gpt partion fix 1.3. That should solve the issue

It might be more likely that he used an older firmware than what is on his device as the One he listed is not the most recent one. Try this one first -

the first two failed so i went with utility 1.30 and so far no failed yet just a bunch of OKAY's so I'm hoping this will work. Update later. Thanks for all the help though.

 

 

Update: it ran fine and said all was well but it is still stuck in the boot loop at the droid core screen with the lightning.

Update 2: Restared it again and it says preparing device. If this works I love you all. If it doesn't I love you all anyway. And if you are old enough to drink I owe you beer.

Update 3: Victory! Now to toy with it and travel down this road of destruction. Thank you.
