i scored one of the free beta OVH servers (

- they've been running promo's on twitter for a while now) and i'm just not using it - it's a dedicated server that's currently setup with ubuntu 12.04 and a full built environment (they have dozens of different OS choices however) - i have it building nexus7 roms on demand but can setup for anyone/anything

if you want a admin login, let me know, it's mostly sitting there

I'd suggest limited access, not admin access. Otherwise, you're going to run the risk of some tool locking you out of your own server. Wish I had a working source tree to set up there, but I can't take advantage of your offer at the moment

well keep in mind this is for the beta period, which they haven't shared much on how long it will last...and not knowing the cost i'm not sure if i will go with them or not

if folks just need storage or a more permanent location/backup/mirrors for these roms or files, then i have other servers for that i can help with

Can I host my personal minecraft server on it?? That would be awesome. It's just me and friends, not a public game.
