Found this app and have been using it for awhile now. It works smoothly and does what it does. No usb cables needed to transfer files.

I used WiFi transfer for a long time until I realize (was informed) that ES File Explorer will do the same thing. The advantage I see is the functionality of transferring files via WiFi and the addition of a good file management app all rolled up into one.

Solid Explorer Beta does wifi transfer too. Along with FTP, SFTP and cloud storage (dropbox, drive, box and skydrive)
Pretty cool file management app. Root capabilities too.

I just wonder why you guys don't use MPE for -anything- regarding the sync of phone/pc...

MPE can
1) Read/Write/Sync contacts, call lists, SMS, MMS, calendar, notes, alarms
2) Read/Write/Search (Upload/Download) your phone's files/folder structure
3) Get your phone's screen as a live GUI on your desktop, including mouse+keyboard input to the phone.

And the best thing is... it can do all that by either USB, or WIFI, or BT ...

This tool has been around for years and years .. easily the best multi-tool available.. give it a shot...
