ok, then start giving us much more details on where you fail in the process. You MUST be using USB 2.0 ports and the original Moto cable the phone came with.

Assuming it's the correct FXZ, it's failing to send the files properly to the phone.  USB cable, driver, or USB port problem.  As was said, you absolutely can NOT be using a USB 3 port for this.  You should be using the USB cable that came with the phone (yes, it matters), and the moto driver should be up to date.

yup, i m using usb 2.0, i ve experienced using usb 3.0 to flash droid 3, resulting my comp hang. then i only using usb 2.0 for flashing. and i m using the lastest driver from motorola. MotorolaDeviceManager_2.4.5, and i m using win 7 64 bit, try to formating, but still have the same result.

this is the result from house of moto with full wipe (fastboot)

Something screwed up is going on.  You're having a similar issue to what someone in my HoM thread is having.  Identical in fact.  WTF are you guys doing?!  :p  What's the FXZ filename you're flashing?

Long shot here, but was wondering..what if they had something on there sd card that was blocking the phone memory some how.... i wonder if he pulls his ext sd card and try flashing what would happen...like i said its a wild guess.

That's not entirely impossible or unheard of..... ... I've seen "leftovers" on internal or external storage drastically impach a flashing process...... Good suggestion

I've also seen antivirus / firewall block a flash...... (But that produces a different error typically)

Could try 6.1.4 and see if that helps. I don't think the ext card would matter one way or the other as it's never accessed during fastboot mode. Something is definitely screwy here.

i dont do anything to my phone, i just root it, using titanium back up, etc... its working fine for maybe a month, and when i browsing using chrome it suddenly pop up warning that my phone is infected with virus( trojan is i m not mistake) then asking me to install baidu faster fix, of course i ignore this baidu thing. n my phone start to heat up in my pocket(usually heat only happen when i using to call or using aplication). then it went normal until next day i got virus massage again with baidu. then i just shut off my phone. i just preparing to sbf it on next day but its showing that Encryption Unsuccsesful, n cant do anything untill now.

n i ve tried rsd 6.14 before. same result.

n i also try your samurai xml script with same result.

yesterday wanna try with ubuntu. but dont have moto driver for ubuntu, n it said that motorola dont make / support driver for droid razr hd on linux

Linux doesn't require any driver. I really don't have any ideas left for this issue.

For starters, RSD doesnt recognize the device since the left hand window is empty of information........
