When I tried to make a backup it goes into 'updating partition...somethings', then back to the main menu. I reformatted the SD card, I'm not sure whether reformatting the internal storage will do anything because I'm trying to back up onto the SD card. I cringe at having to reset the whole phone. I've backups, of course, but resetting is a very long process and I'm looking for something not quite so long.
