Anyone else seen anything like that? I don't get how you think it's OK to write and article that you know nothing about. That's just flatout irresponsible.

" 05. Select Install ZIP from SD card, then select Choose ZIP from SD card. Browse for the downloaded CM10 ROM file and select it. Confirm the installation by selecting Yes on the next screen. It may take a couple of minutes for the ROM to finish installing.

06. Repeat step 5, but this time around select the gapps-jb-20120726-signed.zip to install the necessary Google applications.

07. Go back to the main menu and select Wipe data/factory reset. Select Yes on the next screen to confirm data wipe.

08. Select Wipe cache partition and confirm the action on the next screen.

09. Head back to the main menu by selecting Go back and reboot your tablet by selecting the Reboot system now"

The worst part of it is, it is the first listing when you Google "how to flash Cyanogenmod 10".

:-D :-D

FYI, wiping data/factory reset doesn't wipe your system. You should know this. Format System, does.

I also see nothing wrong with these instructions.

Wiping data won't wipe the system. I've wiped data after a ROM flash and everything boots fine. If you wipe the system then you'll have problems. But gapps are installed to the system and don't get deleted.
a what? an android? whats that?
