Flash bloodrage over stock and profit...don't try to go bloodless though else you might run into issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong but......., deleting anything from your stock rom isn't going to gain you any space for the various slots you have in Safestrap. The other slots you have created have no idea that the stock rom exists. The stock rom's partitions (/system, /data. etc. ) are the size that they are. Deleting anything off of them will gain you extra space on the stock rom but won't gain you a thing in for extra space in your Safestrap slots. You can delete everything off the stock rom and those stock partitions will still remain the same size. You'll just gain space to use on the stock slot. Not any of the other slots.

Remember, the slots are created on your internal SD card. This includes the /system, /data paritions, etc. Those slots are actual images of the /system, /data, etc partitions.
Deleting stuff off the stock ROM will gain you nothing other than a possibly unbootable/bricked phone which would then require you to reimage it back to stock. You need to see if there are any extra files you can remove off your internal SD card to help free up space and remove the warning.
Running two slots will eat up the internal SD card memory which is why you are seeing the message that you are.
One issue I ran into when I had a RAZR MAXX was that sometimes, I would go ahead and boot into stock and install everything under the sun just in case I wanted to go back to stock for a bit. I learned the best thing to do is leave stock as stock as can be. Don't install other apps that are not necessary (other than root and Safestrap). Otherwise, install all other apps into the slots. Again, this may not help with space issues, especially if you have games that install large amounts of files on the internal sd card.
I moved all my music and photos to my external sd card which helped free up space on the internal SD card, but eventually, as I installed more and more apps, I started to go below 1 gb on the internal SD card and would start to get the message. At that point, there was nothing I could do but just live with the notification coming up.
That's part of the deal with a locked bootloader, so you have to use Safestrap to fool the phone into thinking it's booting up a different kernel. But, that's a small tradeoff since it allows you to run different ROMs with different kernels in them from what the stock is since you cannot overwrite that due to the locked bootloader.
My suggestion is to either run with 1 slot which will free up space on your internal SD card or else, you'll just have to live with it.

The way to be able to delete stock ROMs (or, more appropriately, overwrite them) is to have an unlocked device so that you can flash your own recovery and replace your stock ROM.
If you recovery is not unlocked, you need your stock ROM in place for SS to work. Conversely, if your device is unlocked, you really don't need SS to begin with.

I want to flash to stock slot. Can you explain how to do this properly. Do I do a full wipe when I do this, just cache and dalvik or do I just flash with no wipe over the stock slot? I borked my razr a while ago when attempting to flash on stock. I would like to repurpose my old razr for my mom who is on a bionic. Also what SS version do you suggest? my current 3.73 keeps deleting the slot 1 I was using so im thinking I might have to downgrade to 3.63 which I had no issues with.
Thanks.

Dude, you CAN'T. Do you not understand what everyone has been saying? Have you not been reading what has been posted?
Because your phone is locked, you cannot and should not flash to the stock slot. Doing so will render Safestrap inoperable until you flash the stock image back onto the phone, which means you lose everything there.
You cannot flash custom ROMs onto the stock partition because you have a locked bootloader.

Not sure what you mean by that but I could install Blodrage ROM over stock slot and still have safestrap. I also could install CM11, LiquidSmooth and a whole plethora of other ROMs over stock and safestrap still work. Maybe I'm not understanding correctly what you guys are saying but this is what I do
1. Install Safestrap on stock
2. Boot into recovery > Wipe system, data, cache on stock slot
3. Install ROM of my choice + Gapps
4. Reboot
5. Profit

In Safestrap there is Stock, then Slot 1-4. Nowadays on custom ROMs, I always install over the Stock one and it booted just fine. By all mean I'm no dev nor do I know anything about coding, just speaking from experience of trying it out.
