Yes it does if the phone is discounted

I said activate not buy. He's activating my old smartphone. But he's coming from a basic so he'll need a data plan and I'm wondering if Verizon will just push us both on to a shared.

Wait, so. I'm currently on unlimited and my dad is activating a smartphone today, does this mean i'll lose unlimited and be pushed to shared?

If he is coming from a feature phone, yes. 3G to 4G, yes.

Oh, thanks. There goes my unlimited lol. At least I gain back the freedom to actually use my upgrades. Very limited freedom..

I don't get this. If this is suppose to be unrootable, why the hype over unlocked bootloader?

Maxx HD is a 3300mah battery. Best thing about the Maxx!
Also, did anyone notice that Jelly Bean will be available by year end? I swear I saw that in a release.

"All three new RAZRs are 4G LTE smartphones that will be available exclusively on Verizon Wireless when they are released; each will come with last year's Android 4.0 (codenamed "Ice Cream Sandwich"), with Motorola Senior Vice President Rick Osterloh promising that all would be upgraded to Android 4.1 "Jelly Bean" by the close of 2012."

Why does the back of the HD look so ugly compared to the back of the HD Maxx?

:-D :-D

I am 100% unimpressed. And as another person said Jellybean, is that by the end of 2012 or 2013? Lol. I know they're leaking builds for it, but honestly. I can see them coming out 12/31/12

Wow. I have never been so underwhelmed/ let down in my life. How do they expect people to justify purchasing these phones when they're nearly identical to what's out now? Hell, the S3 is the same phone and is cheaper.

They should have made the razr hd's bezel-less as well.

Decent looking but my next fone will be unlocked/developer or nexus.

With Rosenberg out of the rooting biz, who's going to root these?

I'm going to wait for that bezel-less phone and see what it's packing. Why did Dan quit?

The RAZR M is the "bezeless" phone.
