Alrighty, lets get started. I have been trying to figure about what is going on with my phone, and I have confirmed tis occurs on every razr I could test.
The problem seems to be the second core not coming out of sleep. This issue can be demostrated by booting with interactive governer, switching to hotplug, waiting for hotplug to turn off the second core, then switching to interactive while the core is off. This same behavior occurs on custom roms without switching between the governers.
Does anyone know of any way to manually up a offline core?
Also, would any Devs be willing to take a look at some logs?
