I have safe strap 2.00 installed, trying to update to 2.11. Its an APK, I downloaded it and installed, but when I reboot it still says safe strap 2.00. How would I do this? Thanks in advance.

When I updated mine I installed via file manager then opened app and clicked install recovery. I also installed on the non safe side. Everything worked just fine and it kept my original back up

Yes +1
Install Safestrap 2.11 on your nonsafe/stock,rooted rom side.

It will then carry across to any rom you flash from there forward.

Glad I could help ;) I've learned a lot in the short time I've been here. The devs, mods, admins, themers, and overall community is very helpful.
