Did you use the most current RSD? Did you flash the correct firmware? What phone do you have? We need a lot more details than "yeah, it didn't work."yeah now my phone won't boot at all before it would lock at boot but i could get around it then after using this program it was freezing at first time use then it won't even get past the droid logo

battery good droid razr I'm lost tried command method also doesnt work. Flashed theroy rom wiped everything stuck at bootloader screen
mine goes through optimizing apps then goes to press start (english) then hangs at Please wait, this may take a few minutes but stays that way forever

used Droid Razr M utility 1.20 i have a droid razr maxx the phone goes to welcome, english, start and then says please wait, this may trake a few minutes but has been that way for hours also used rsd lite and it failed at the flash boot img

You need to stop what you are doing now. The Razr M and the Razr Maxx are 2 different phones. If you flash the wrong file bad things will happen

ok its a droid razr m xt907 and the firmware file is Vzw_xt907_4.1.2.9.8.1Q-66_1FF.xml
I don't know what I'm doing anymore.....

Right match, but an old firmware. if you've flashed or updated to a net than that version, you will have to flash that one.

Nope only the last one. You cannot flash older ones.

correction the original firmware from here worked! you have to goto restore wipe/clear and i also had the update on my ds card that i layed back down so it worked!
