Bad idea.......Verizon can't fix a flash failure....... And they certainly can't fix a driver issue on your computer.. . .:) ...... Try rebooting your computer. ...... Then shut down ANY unnecessary programs/apps then try reinstalling the drivers again

When you uninstall the drivers, be sure to do two things. One, make sure the phone is unplugged from the usb. Two, restart the computer before reinstalling the drivers. Three, use a different usb port. Yeah I know I said two things. Just seeing if you are listening :) Sent from my S-Offed One M8

Make sure it's using the oem cable that came with the phone and it's plugged into a USB 2 port not USB 3. Yes, both things matter. Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

So i held the power button and volume up key and my phone brought me to the power up menu. meanwhile i had tried that a couple times prior and it didn't work. Now my phone is working again.
