Total noob question, Ive been reading, and Im sure I need to go back and read TONS more threads, so  hope I dont get bashed... but I am on the jbbl, running a custom OSE 4.4.4 jbbl ROM, can I install the Blur_Version.183.46.10.XT926 fw using the HoM tool and will that upgrade my bl to kk?

And then use nobe's Flash Back 1.0 tool to switch back and forth between kkbl and jbbl??

Sure.  Just don't try to keep your data else you'll likely run into problems going from your custom rom to stock.

Absofreakinlotly. But like Sam stated dont plan on keeping data. Backup what ya got in your internal storage first. Nuke and repave in current recovery. Reboot to bootloader and update that thing .B)

Ok, one more noob question just to make sure I understand before I do this.

So i back up the internal...

Put the FXZ on the ext sd along with the twrp 2.8.x.x and the ROM, then flash FXZ, twrp then the ROM? Is it just that easy?

ETA: ok, flash via RSD... sorry...

Would need to check the zip again but pretty sure (by both memory of the contents and reviewing post #1 instructions) that this is not set up to be a flash from recovery.

Will this write up still update a razr hd. I'm currently s-off unlocked, and rooted running carbon ragehd2.5 for the past 2 years. My settings claim I'm on 4.4.2 but my recovery twrp tells me I must have a 4.4 bootloader

Greetings! I ran into radio problems with a cm12.1 rom and figured Id reflash 183.46.15 to try and fix it, now after I reflash TWRP and try to flash my cm12.1 I get stat errors in TWRP. From my understanding it has to do with the fact that the ROM isnt rooted, how do I get RSD to download to 183.46.10 so I can root and reflash? When I try to send 183.46.10 I get bootloader messages about different security version and it fails. How can I get 183.46.10 on my phone with 183.46.15 installed? Or is it even possible? Thanks in advance.

Why this seems to work I am not sure but try flashing the cm11 version of the rom then flash the cm12 version.
