I was using the Team Win Recovery and I checked a box I didn't mean to. I wiped everything on the phone including the external card. The only thing left on the phone is the Team Win recovery Project. How do I get an OS back on the phone. I can't seem to put anything on the external card to load on the phone.
Totaly wiped OS and ex-mem card. Need help.

You can either try sideloading a rom via ADB Sideload in Recovery, or take out your SD card, put it in the computer and put the files on it, then replace it in the phone.

adb sideload (directory to rom)?
I've done sideloading before, but I had no luck with it, don't take my word for it though since I'm fairly new
