So, my fancy factory adapter just showed up, and I was pretty excited to see the envelope. After grabbing it from my mailbox I got slightly confused though... The envelope was quite flat. I ran my fingers along it and could feel something in it, but not anything large enough to be an adapter. I started wondering... could it be a letter? Maybe some stickers as a gift? After opening it I found the greatest treasure of all. An empty plastic baggy Measuring in at 3-1/2" x 2-3/8" this baggy would be the perfect size to hold my TBH adapter whenever I get it.

All fun aside, I'm going to email them and ask for a replacement. As point of reference the envelope itself is free of damage (short of where I tore it open), however the baggy has a tear running halfway along the bottom edge. More than likely the adapter fell out while they were hurriedly tossing these things in envelopes for all of us.

As an update, already talked with someone from TBH and they are taking care of it.

This happened to me too. Contacted him and he is mailing me a new one. Should be here thursday. Same exact description on mine too. I wonder if it got stuck in the press or w/e and got ripped or if someone jacked them...

Edit: The only difference.. I had a tear in the Envelope
