I found an article that says the candied goodness should be OTA this month for users who already have the phone, but new phone buyers will get it pre-loaded. However we all know how Verizon handles these OTAs, so if you have any more up to date info please chime in.

Good news, as of today even Verizon S3 phones will be receiving Jelly Bean. No official date but this month is said to be the release.
