TF700
- 10"
- Better resolution
- IPS+ outdoor reading mode (basically super-juices the brightness)
- Better Processor (newest Tegra T33)
- Way more internal space, and slots for Micro SD and full size SD
- HDMI out
- Gorilla Glass 2
- Rear camera with backlighting and flash
- Asus is the next best thing to buying Nexus as far as updates go
- Just all around super slim and sexy
- Landscape mode (the N7 always stays in portrait)
- NvFlash (can recover from anything, even if you accidentally wipe your bootloader)
- DOCK. I can't overstate that. To me a tablet is purely a luxury item without a keyboard, and I know there are BT keyboards but...
- Dock has massive battery inside
- Dock closes like a laptop
- Dock has full size USB port
- Dock has Android buttons on it
Nexus 7
- $250 price point
- Nexus program, 'nuff said-
- Even though the screen is not as good, because the TF700 has such a high resolution it stutters sometimes
- Universal support (AOKP, CM, everyone and their grandma)
I am probably going to keep my TF700. I want this tablet to last for a long time, and I would hate to not get everything I wanted. I had the TF100T before this, and with the keyboard dock I rarely open my laptop anymore. What I will try to do is save up some cash and get the Nexus 7 as well for fun.

I have an update on my decision though. I was putting this off because I have fell in love with the TF700 in the few days I have had it. It is such a huge upgrade coming from the TF101 (which was no slouch itself), and the keyboard is actually a dream to type on whereas it took me quite awhile to get used to the TF101.
Hooking up my PS3 controller to the device and testing some graphic-intensive game is what I was putting off; I was having such a hard time making a decision that I came to the conclusion that I would let that be the judge. If the Infinity's breathtakingly beautiful screen would make the processor/GPU struggle I was going to have to return it for the N7; I actually use my tablet to game more than my PS3 now.
So anyways I hooked up the controller and opened up Dead Trigger (absolutely awesome and stunning game by the way). The first thing I did was go into the settings and let the game auto-detect the graphics level. My TF101 struggled along on the lowest setting; the game was absolutely playable, but turning was really slow (I originally attributed this to the game, as looking up/down and running was at a perfect speed) and the weapon rate of fire was extremely inconsistent. This was a perfect way to test the graphic and performance capability, and automatic rifles went from about 30% to full rate of fire depending on how many zombies were in frame or if a lot of other stuff was going on. My Razr was a small but noticeable upgrade, and the auto-detect still set my graphics at 'low'.
I was a bit nervous to see what the game decided, and hesitated for a few seconds. I wanted to love this tablet so bad, but if it struggled with this I had no choice but to abort it. As I pressed the button I closed my eyes, and opened them to confusion. I did not even know 'Ultra-High' was a setting, it was not even available on my TF101 or my Razr. I started getting excited, but still knew that the game would set the level based solely on the Tegra 3 T33's speed and not take the potential for the screen to drag frame rate down into account.
But to my great relief the game played like a dream. Frame rate was consistently high, the graphics were beautiful, and the P90 spat out a steady 900 rounds per minute. I am actually having some trouble adjusting to be honest, I can't help but laugh at the fact that I was way better at the game than I thought because of a low frame rate. I was wrong: the TF101 and Razr were only capable of showing this weapon spew about 90% of it's capability. I could not believe it; I was/am ecstatic. This tablet is everything I want in a device of this calibre. I am now stoked with my choice, but above all am elated that I do not have to sacrifice specs/preferences to get what I want.
I am still going to save up to purchase a Nexus 7 as well, but I can see myself loving the Infinity for a few years to come.
