As a fulltime stay at home dad with a 3 and 2 yr old, (retired combatives instructor for EOD and Dev Group @ Dam Neck USNB) flashing and dev'ing is sometimes the only thing that keeps me sane! That being said;

I give you ChKM8 (blacKn8Lue)!

This is the first time I've shared a ROM of mine, so comments suggestions and any other kind words are welcome!

to 24v for his cool keyboard theming and for the keyboard used in ChKM8

All credit for the build.prop tweaks go to andlaw and Vtwinbmx for their tweaks in Black Widow and Full Throttle!

Flash

wicked (born n raised South Boston baby) init d tweaks for:
battery life
Speed
Cpu n gpu tuned
Zip aligned at boot
Data connectivity tweaks
and a whole load of other tweaks n mods that I did not write (see above credits for makers of these tweaks)

Just before uploading this I showed it to my wife (who could care less about this stuff n understands even less) and she pointed out that some of my theming was purple, not 8Lue...a benefit of me being very color blind. However, there's no way I was going back to fix it, so V2 I'll fix the colors. Frickin close enough! Lol

I've been staying away from jb roms because of Bluetooth. I was under the impression all jb roms have the Bluetooth bug.

Does camera flash work? What about MMS? (pictures) If it doesn't then you should list that as well. A lot of us are very explicit about what works and what doesn't so when someone comes along claiming things work we want to know how. Don't take offense.

Protocol can be a pain, but it has its place & no one wants to see you take any unnecessary flac. Welcome to the community & thanks for sharing your work. I'll be flashing as soon as I get charged.

I almost flashed this. No diss to the OP but I gotta wait for bugs to be fixed before I mess with JB roms. My camera needs to be working 100% as stock does. I have a family and take pictures on the daily so still pictures and recording in 1080p is a must for me.

Exact same here. I don't care about the rotation, Bluetooth, or HDMI. But I need my camera fully functional.

nice ROM brotha...been running it all day, very smooth.... and I'm from Waltham....bout 10 minutes from town...I'd say go Sox but probably not gonna happen for us next year haha

I know, the sox...how embarrassing. It wasn't too long ago when I would meet someone from NY and when they said where the were from I would tell them I wassorry to hear that, n then boast the sox...now iI say " No kidding, NY, ah..." n then I drop a southern twang and mosey away! Lol
