Dude, you REALLY need to research before moving on. Just from reading, I can tell you definitely are not familiar with this. You can really ending up borking your phone to where it is permanently bricked, especially if you flash the wrong image to it.
We can only tell you so much, but if you just do some research and read, it's really not the difficult to find the information you need.
Glad you have TWRP running, but I caution you to really research and read. For us to explain it to you and teach you would take many posts. That's why we suggest searching and reading.
Usually, either this forum (in the HowTo/Help areas) or XDA in the Help/Howto sub-forums are great areas to learn. Most of them have things pinned so the posts stay at the top of the forum.
I would really suggest going to the DroidRazr help forum. Wealth of info there:
The second one is to SamuriHL's HoM forum with a wealth of tools AND very clear instructions. You just have to do as he says: read, read, and read again before attempting to do anything. Please follow that to the letter. Too many people just start blindly doing it before reading it three times to ensure they understand what is going on. There is a lot you have to do so three reads ensures you don't miss something.
You really learn by reading yourself and doing, but read and understand first before attempting anything or else you could end up with a bricked phone.

Chill out! I wasn't being mean. I was trying to point you to other info to help since you didn't seem to know all of what needed to be done.
I apologize if I seemed offensive, but that was not my intent and I was trying to let you know that just blindly going in a doing things can cause a perma-brick for you and then you'd really be in some hot water.
Just trying to help. Don't need to get nasty about it.

I installed safestrap recovery 3.60 on my RAZR Maxx HD (unlocked/rooted). I tried to boot into recovery so I could do a nandroid backup from the safestrap app and the phone just rebooted. When I attempted to boot into recovery mode using the hard buttons I saw the M logo then the screen went black. I had to use PWR/Vol Down to reboot the phone.
Any tips as to how to get safestrap to work?
I am considering using FASTBOOT to load the
from dhacker's page to get the recovery installed.#34

If you are unlocked you need TWRP not safestrap
