So I wanna make sure I understand this correctly. I stayed on .232 and just went back to .905. I HATE IT!! If I flash to .247 and .247 is the OTA then that means I'll be back on the OTA track and can receive future OTA's like JB. Correct?

if .247 is the current firmware than yes..
I am a razr user never got my hands on a bionic but yes that is how it works

As far as we know 247 is going to be the ota but there is always a slim chance that could change. In that case yes you would be off the upgrade path for the ICS update. But not long after the update we should get the ICS fxz and be able to fxz to the ota and get back on the path for JB. Also HOB should work too I think.

I think I'm just gonna go back to .232. Once the soak hits next week I'm sure people will confirm .247 or whatever was pushed to there device. Once we all know its .247 (assuming) then we can jump on board from there... That's what I'm thinking anyway...

im 0n 905 for the soak......cant stand it data drops so slow....uggh!

I'm on .247 like so many others for the reasons miket pointed out, but if I was one of you guys on the soak list, I'd stay on .232 until Thursday or so. If I weren't on the soak list, I'd use HoB to go to .247 the second we get final proof of what is already a 99.9% certainty. I couldn't imagine spending one more day on .905 myself.

The last word I saw is there's waffling on if its 246 or 247. Could also mean the ota will be delayed more.
