So I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to technical stuff when it comes to android, but I've been running into the bsod after rooting. After rooting, at first everything seems fine, then once I turn my display off and go to turn it back on it flashes the lock screen then goes black..buttons are still lit up. Any ideas? Running the .247 leak. Tried rooting with razrs edge and HoB, both give me the bsod

I was under the impression that repair only repaired fastboot errors?

Sounds more like you need a factory reset.

Then you may need to do a Reinstall in the HoB. And a factory reset instead of the wipe cache. If that still doesn't work then you have bigger problems.

Did the factory reset, all appears to be working. Thanks Samuri

A little update (fairly new to rooting by the way) but upon booting, I keep getting prompts saying "Superuser denied *insert app name here*". At first I thought I lost root randomly, but upon entering app that was "denied" it then says allowed. Is this normal?

No, it is not,. Open the superuser app and find that app in the list and explicitly deny it and then allow it.

If it still goes crazy, then:
  • Under info update the su binary to the latest version (Should be 3.1.1. as of this writing)
  • Chcek for an update to hte superuser app in market
  • Clear data from the superuser app
  • Reboot the phone
