Answered you in chat, basically make your own factory cable or buy one. You could also ship your Razr to one of us that have one and we will charge it up for you. DirtyDroidX offered to do this if you don't want to pay $35 for a cable/wait for them to be in stockI was trying to restore my razr with the fastboot files, but I guess my battery was too low. It stopped at 17/18, and now I'm not sure it's charging. Is there any way I can charge it or am I basically screwed?
Thanks in advance.

The tbh cable is a great investment I had the same issue with my bionic and didnt have a cable I ordered one and it saved my bionic and has saved my razr multiple times.
Try plugging phone into charging cord hold down power and both volume buttons let go of power and you should be in a menu one of the last options is bp tools scroll down to this option and push the power up button to select it and seee if it will boot up prior to the cable this is how i saved my bionic it booted up long enough for the charging software to kick in and went ahead and charged my battery so i could rsd . no promises but it saved me.

Nice you know what I actually tried this and it won't get past the moto splash screen. I don't think it was charging. I also found that if I kind of stick the micro usb cable into the phone at a tilt, the indicator light turns white and it doesn't try to boot up, and this did nothing for the battery as well. I am definitely going to invest in the charging cable, just don't know what to do in the meantime w/o a phone. I have an old phone lying around but I know I'll lose my unlimited data.

it took me several times trying to get in thru bp tools and the advanced option before it worked for me im not saying it will work for you but since your stuck with it in the condition that its in theres no harm in trying it several times. I can totally understand your anxiety and frustration at this point .
you can also try making your own cable if you like here is a link for another member who did so.

If it got that far into the flash before it died you should still be able to charge the phone. With the phone completely off, just plug in a charger (not a computer, a wall charger) and it should take a charge. You'll get the Motorola logo when you plug the phone in and it'll display a battery on the screen with an amber (or red while the battery is critical) LED lit. It'll turn green when the phone is fully charged but the battery icon on screen will go away after about 10s or so. Once it's full you can try your RSD again.
No nothing works I've tried every combination of everything nothing will make it charge. I just called Verizon, they're sending me a warranty replacement I just played dumb to the whole thing.

Activating a different phone shouldn't affect your data plan only changes to your plan would do so.

It wouldn't change anything if I was activating a smartphone, but the only phone I have lying around is a basic feature phone, so the data automatically gets removed when it's activated. It's all good though I called Verizon and told them that I was switching phone's temporarily and they said they would make a note in the account and I could keep unlimited data as long as I added it back within 60 days.
