Hey Sam, how do i go back to stock using HOM do i just run it keeping data and then don't root afterwards ? ( currently unlocked and rooted no mods ). Or should I just leave it be and accept as is ?

Use my RSD Flasher with your latest FXZ and select the KEEP DATA option. And yes, don't root. Of course no guarantees that this new update is going to be rootable any time soon as WP off is not likely to be possible after this. No idea if you'll be able to downgrade, but, it's incredibly unlikely.

Missed that your'e unlocked, sorry. In that case ignore what I said about rooting and WP off. LOL. I'm used to locked devices.

It's a 285 MB update so it' must have some goodies besides improved camera, VMM and security. I didn't get picked for the soak but I found this

The only Screen Shots I could find, nobody has shown the dialer or other goodies, I've been looking for the update file but it's difficult to do from work.too many filters on the search engines.

Hang tight. I have the FXZ for it but I can't post it until I get permission from the person that gave it to me. Now that the soak is out I don't think he'll mind but I want to make sure. Should be within the next 24 hours.

I don't blame you. I wouldn't either without the OK. I just like to flash the fxz even if I've gotten the ota. Since it flashes the whole system image vs the ota being basically a patch for the previous OS. Could just be me but things seem be better when I do that.

Best guess is clearing custom boot animation and boot logos
