Today I found out that I can upgrade my Bionic to ICS finally! Only problem is that I didn't know I wouldn't be able to do updates like this due to rooting my phone and delting some of the bloatware (Yes I was a noob, and I am learning quickly).

I decided to read up on how to Flash my phone back to 902 but the big issue is getting my computer to install the drivers properly. The biggest one is the "Motorola ADB Interface" driver. No matter how many installs, reinstalls, and various copies of the driver software I can never get this one to properly complete itself. I thought I would try ignore this and try to fastboot, but then Windows shows that a "fastboot CDMA_TARGA S" dirver needs to be installed.

I know the process of what needs to be done, I just can't get past this snag.

Thanks!

When you plug the phone into the computer you should see a 'installing drivers' dialog in the system tray, by the clock. Click on it, it'll likely say it's searching windows update for drivers which it will never find. Click cancel, and it should search local folders/sources for drivers. The drivers are on your computer because you installed the moto software, Just need to tell it stop looking at windows update. At least, that's what did it for me. With the phone plugged in, check device manager for missing drivers.
