This can be stolen and put up as news if it's considered worthy.

All 20 of Apple's patents they used to sue Samsung regarding "rubber banding" or the "bounce back" animation have been recently deemed invalid by the USPTO. This also included some touch screen actions. After hearing the news Samsung obvioulsy notified the judge involved in the case.

These patents were overturned based on obvious advancement of technology. Similar to Apple's patent of slide-to-unlock being overturned overseas. Turns out many of Apple's patents are being overturned, particularly in Europe. And the USPTO is starting to catch-up.

Wonder if apple has to pay them back will they pay Samsung back in nickels like they did apple. That would defiantly be karma right there!
