So this is something new. Clicked on Chat Room and the chat rules comes up as usual. Click on "I agree", and it shows who is in the room, but immediately says "You have been kicked from the chat room". I have been using Chrome for months without issues, but I thought I would give it a try with IE. Same thing. Anyone else have this happen to them?

run c cleaner once or clean your browser's cookies and try again

Sometimes that happens to me. Just reboot and that seemed to fix everything...

Reboot didn't work. It's obviously something on this particular computer because I am able to login on other computers. Hmmmm

Check if you disabled popup blocker for this site. I used to have this problem on IE but that fixed it. If that don't work, then VK probably banned you.

If the pop-up settings didn't fix it. Uninstall Firefox, run ccleaner, reboot, and reinstall. I know it's a little overkill but it's the only way to rule out the browser as the issue. This fixed it for me with both Chrome and Firefox.
