Hey guys, thanks for all of your help! It seems to have been a problem with my win 7 laptop and java. I was working and hadn't been home in days, when i got home i tried the same processes on my desktop i7 running win 8.1 and java did just what it was supposed to do. ive got kitkat now, i'm out of the boot loop, i'm rootedandim about to unlock my bootloaders I just want to thank you guys for taking the time to help me out. I really appreciate it. I have lofty goals, i just got my first arduino uno. but right now i have a lot of learning to do in many facets of the tech world. i just want to thank you for having patients with me
