I had Eclips installed just fine i rooted, unlocked boot loader and twrp and installed it fine..then i was going to try to install rage and twrp got stuck on flashing ragehd.zip Now unlocked boot loader warning pops up but nothing after just a blank screen. now when i plug it in to the computer drivers do not install properly

Reboot into recovery and restore your backup. If you have no backup, then you can use the utility to flash back to stock.
