After just typing a long and detailed description of my problem, some how it didn't post

So here's a shorty.

All of my contacts phone numbers now start with 01. Does anyone know what the heck happened, and how to resolve this issue?

I'm really hoping to avoid another factory reset. However earlier tonight after doing one, my contacts worked fine. It's when I started restoring my apps/data via TBU that the problem has arisen again.

I was using the go contacts app for a while but have since gone back to the stock contacts.

Go contacts has been uninstalled/deleted feeling as though that may have been the issue, but the problem persists.

Any help would be deeply appreciated

Some how my assisted dialing option got checked. Good grief
