I really need some help, but if this is in the wrong section, someone please correct me

I have a Razr Maxx XT908, which I ended up flashing Cyanogenmod 11 to, which somehow changed my software to that of the Verizon XT912; I had the most recent version of Safestrap recovery on it too.
I one day realized that Safestrap was taking up most of my internal phone storage (3.3gigs, to be exact), so I moved the Safestrap files to my external SD card so I would have more internal storage for apps and the like. I rebooted my phone and I got the following screen

Invalid Flash Mode (S) Boot Failure
0A.77
eMMC Info: 16G

To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

Battery OK
OK to program
Connect USB
Data Cable

Invalid CG OTV (CG: system): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: system, status: 0X0056)
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system)

It has been like this for months, almost 3 to be exact. I read online that I could use the Droid Razr utility, but at the time my battery was completely dead, so I rigged up a cable and now the phone is charged, but when I used the utility mentioned above, it went through the motions of trying to flash, and even though I get a few errors that say FAILED(remote: ), it appears to finish and says to press ENTER (or something along those lines) and phone will reboot to install radio files. I do as it says and my phone reboots back to the above screen.
I cannot get into recovery or anything; no matter what I do, I always get the Boot Failure screen or whatever.
is there anything that I can do to my phone to unbrick/reset to factory settings? I'm getting quite desperate.

Please help, someone, anyone?

Moving safestrap is not a good thing.  Take a look at the thread HERE and go find SamuriHL's RSD Flasher and read, read, read then try flashing the firmware in the thread THERE.

The fact that CM showed your device as the XT912 is just because that was the source that was used for that build which is very close to your build.
