I just purchased a lapdock 500 and when ever I try the firefox web browser I get a low memory warning then it crashes. I have tried to kill programs to free up memory but nothing helps. What do I need to do to make it work?

What's your mem usage look like on the running applications screen? Edit: Oh, and I'm moving this to the help section since it really doesn't have anything to do with How-To's.

Hmm, that should be plenty of memory to run the webtop app. Sadly I don't have a lapdock to test with. Are you on a custom ROM? Have you edited your webtop files at all? What version/build number of VZW software are you running?

I am stock rooted and I have only done the official ota update. I have done nothing with the webtop files. I have frozen slacker, visual voice mail, vz navigator, backup assistant, and block buster with titanium backup.

I would hide apps rather than freeze them. Sometimes they have dependencies elsewhere. The only one of those that actually "runs" in the background is backup assistant but it uses extremely minimal resources. Other than unfreezing those just for testing purposes I don't have a lot to offer you since I don't have a lapdock myself. I'd also nandroid followed by a factory restore just to see what a fully stock system yields. If the factory restore doesn't fix it then you can just restore your nandroid backup and be where you started.
