I wish Chrome would allow us to have extensions like the desktop version. I love adblock for chrome on my desktop. I am looking for a similar app that will block ads and/or popups on the stock browser for our phones. If I have to use third party browser that is an option as long as it supports flash. Basically I visit firstrowsports a lot and they have a lot of ads running on top of the video which is very hard to get rid of on the phone. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS I do not like the adblock apps that require modification of the host file.

and be done with it. Yes it modifies your host file, but it is by far the best solution out there. Requires Root as well.
