Flashing the wrong thing is a good way to brick a device so you should be careful.  Finding the correct firmware can be a chore.  I'm not able to help on that issue.

When they update my android I have an OTA firmware updating, right? If so, none of the versions I have would work...

If you're unlocked, and it's a 925 so I'm assuming you are, when flashing with the House of Moto, to be safe, say NO to flashing GPT and TZ.  This is what I call the "universal" option and should allow you to flash fairly safely as long as it's made for your device.

I felt relieved knowing that, cuz I cant find the kitkat 4.4.2 anywhere

I ran the HoM, but a problem came up: after loading my recovery, I got the messages

E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/command
E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't Mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E:Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install

and checking what I could mount or not, the /data error is back

Error Mounting /data
Error mounting /cache

No problem mounting the other stuff. I'm using CMW v6.0.4.8

What should I do now?

Edit 1: While trying to remove the CWM to install another version, I got this message

C:\>fastboot devices
0419938747 fastboot

C:\>fastboot erase recovery
(bootloader) Variable not supported!
erasing 'recovery'...
(bootloader) Permission denied
FAILED (remote failure)
finished. total time: 0.036s

Am I done?

Can't help you with CWM.  No idea on that.
