please help i got "encryption unsuccessful"

can anyone help me to fix my droid razr hd maxx

 

it is on stock. unrooted and locked bootloader. running on ics

 

i was trying to update it to kitkat but it failed so now i got this encryption unsuccessful error :(

 

please help...

Anytime....it is a fairly simple but powerful tool...... But please please read and understand ALL the directions before proceeding ..... If you have ANY questions..... Ask BEFORE doing something you are not sure of.....

hmm the fxz that i should use is Android 4.4.2 Blur_Version.183.46.10.XT926.Verizon.en.US ??

the blur files are the ota's not the fxz files....Johns distracted while driving :)

 

try the file from here (hint: the last one :)):

Indeed.... You are right...... The problem was, I was parked, I make more mistakes when NOT driving..... :wacko::wacko:
