I have the Maxx HD but I was wondering if it had a version without the battery indicator.

I can give it to you like you see above, but that circle shadow is still there. if you run a dark background you wouldn't see it?

If you have JB on the safe side, you can flash this in Safestrap.

The functionality of the battery circle is still there, so if you touch it it will still go to batt stats, and if you swipe then touch it will still go to widget settings.
Post up a pic on the dark BG when you get it working.
If you don't have JB on safe side you can drag the apk out of that zip with a file manager, and put it in the /system/app/ directory on phone and change permissions to rw,r,r then reboot.
