Oh OK! Cool. I am not a tester in fact Im not sure if I am signed up or not. I know I tried to look it up on /\/\'s support site but I guess I can hold off after all I have so far. Been tempted to do the leak but I guess might has well just wait now. I have had some of the 3G disappearing issues and even when it says 3G sometimes it doesnt seem to connect to the internet. Currently in central PA (about an hour east of Penn State) in Williamsport we dont have 4G yet but hopefully soon.

Williamsport, PA? Geez, being that they have to pump in sunshine to you, don't expect 4G anytime in the next decade.

Also with the soak . A) ROOTKEEPER might not work . B) There might not be a root version that works on it . C) you might not be able to RSD back if you don't have root. So whenever someone gets it, dump the ota and give it to a admin or mod. Just to be safe.

Noob question - How do I "dump the OTA"?

Download the update, but when it prompts you, don't click install. Then use root explorer to go into /cache/ and it should be sitting there

If the soak does not start by the end of this week, I am going to screw it and root/rom this sucker again. Seeing DT release more updates and roms and not being able to flash them is getting to me lol

When I go into /cache all I see is a lost+found folder and recovery folder with last_log in the recovery folder. Lost and found is empty.

Oh wait this time I have a downloadfile.apk in the /cache which Im not sure what this is without installing.

I have been able to get the 6.12.173 via cheesecake but have not downloaded or installed.

Even the people doing the soak haven't heard anything.

At this point, its really a crap shoot as to what the test is going to be. It could be the release of the .173 update or something else entirely.
