Any way for unlocked users to keep root after this one?

Unlocked users ALWAYS have a way to install root.  Flash TWRP or CWM, then flash SuperSU zip.

What has been changed in this update?

According to VZW, security updates (TR and Motopocalypse) and a stability update for the messenger app. Essentially, they fixed the exploits and pushed it. Lol.

FYI, Upgraded via OTA on my unlocked razr m, and I did not lose root or custom recovery.

Did the same on my daughter's m. Kept root and custom recovery.

If I want a clean install, could I do a full install instead of using keep data?

Of course. However, as has been stated several times, if you want to be able to root, go back to a previous version or install custom ROMs, or you think there is the remotest possibility you may want to, unlock your bootloader BEFORE you update to .15. Otherwise, you will not be able to undo the upgrade to .15.

Sorry, I'm new to the group, I am not clear about whether you can or can no longer be root when upgrading to 183.46.15, it is impossible to be root with the new update? Because I did flash with 183.46.15 from scratch and now I can not root nor towelroot. Thank you.

if you are unlocked, you can root thru custom recovery regardless. If you are not unlocked and flashed the 15 build, there is no root for you.

Sam. I didn't want to pester you with a PM but I just wanted to thank you for your work on the xt926. I ran into the trustzone 11 error and found a solution in your thread on other forum. Thanks for your patients with the others too; there were some ridiculous posts you endured. I unlocked last night and do not regret it, even with the limited ROM development we still have some solid choices. Anyway, thanks for your time and effort.

Sideloading is just downloading to your external SD. Find the Superuser thread on XDA, DL the .zip, save it to your SD, and flash in recovery.

Small correction.  Sideloading is NOT copying it to your external SD.  That is a different process.  Sideloading involves using ADB from recovery and pushing the zip from your PC to the device directly.  For example, my unlock root tool uses sideloading to load SuperSU and it does so by walking the user through loading recovery, setting it up for ADB sideload mode, and then it pushes SuperSU with a:

adb sideload <supersu zip filename here>

Sideloading is confusing to many people which is why I wanted to make the correction.
