I know folks are always looking for good ROM's so I wanted to share one that isn't active on Droidraxr.com anymore.

VALIDUS 6.1

If anyone doesn't check XDA regularly you may have missed that this one is still out there and IMO after trying many, this is my favorite.

They have a version for JB and for KK. I am running 6.1 JBBL.

The Download page takes you to the Atrix section, so don't be put off by that. That is the one you want.

 

So far I have had zero FC's, good battery life, very very little lag. GPS works well. I had one time where it wouldn't lock on my in Ingress, but I was in a building so that's not that unusual.

 

Many great custom options. I haven't even installed a Launcher which is usually one of the first things I do.
