I've searched everywhere but returned no results for the stock rom of a droid razr maxx hd. i'm looking to downgrade from the Jelly Bean leak.

wrong area your in the og razr forums, but go here to get back to stock razr maxx hd ics no problem.

p.s. if you looking for a flash-able rom there is only a jb leak rom so you will have to fastboot back to ics unless you wanna just ride out the jb leak.

Is there an alternative download link for the link to the xml file in the link you posted? The Jelly Bean leak doesn't support HDMI out ._. though I know it's a dev rom and quite a few things are missing

im confused xml file? if you follow those steps that leads you back to stable ics that has working hdmi the links are good and confirmed working.
