I'm prompted with this error when clicking OP's link:

Not Found

The requested URL /14~f was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Evidently my free hosting wasn't a long term deal......lol. I'm uploading Version 4 right now, the link in the OP is to the folder with both zips. Pretty much the same aesthetically, but major overhaul to the internals. added cron jobs, sysctl, and ton more. It's noticeably snappier imo.

Fixed calendar sync, too

Has the "avoided poor internet connection" issue been fixed in version 4?

I haven't had WiFi problems since version 2 so I don't have a problem to debug. I'm not sure why the problem exists for some people..... I wish I had a better answer.

That's strange that some people have wifi and gps issues and others don't. Anyways thanks for the ROM and the hard work

I didn't have an issue with WiFi, but BT wouldn't transfer media and I couldn't get GPS to lock. I let the phone sit on the dashboard of my truck for 30mins and couldn't get a lock. However, I did enjoy the tweakability of the ROM.

I tried the ROM but it wouldn't connect to WiFi or Verizon data 3g/4g. I did a clean install. Any ideas ?

Do initial setup, re-boot, let it settle for 10 minutes, and re-boot again let it settle. Turn on WiFi and data and let it sit until it gets a lock.

From the OP:

1. Download the ROM and Gapps (the gapps will only work with this specific ROM)

2. Boot into recovery
3. Make Nandroid
4. Wipe cache, dalvik, data and system
5. Flash ROM and Gapps
6. Reboot
7. Once the phone grabs a signal set up your accounts
8. Reboot
9. Chill for 10 minutes or so
10. Reboot
11. Profit

When I was on TrippinBean i had the occasional "avoided poor internet connection" had app to temp fix it. And I had no GPS lock at all. Far as bluetooth I had no issues. Data sent fine, never used a headset so not sure about audio.

If that doesn't work, I'm sure Marxman will have a suggestion to fix it. He's pretty good about helping out.
