When i got into the play store under menu the lettering is all blacked out and you can not read it.

Looks like allot of the Text is blacked out with black backgrounds that you can not read.

It's a very smooth, and fast Rom indeed however, the blacked out text, and many FC'S on apps was a quick deal breaker for me. I do love the lock screen though. Who doesn't like assassins creed :-)

nice enough rom to overlook the dark on dark menus you can't read until you touch.

on another note I was trying to figure out why google now and location services would not work. turns out installing gapps 4.2 fixed it. at your own risk of course this is what I used with no problem:

OK will look at black on black issue. Fcing apps. I didn't experience. Gapps are included. I have never had a app fc on me.

I didn't have any fc issues other than the usual 1 or 2 apps that need data cleared that happens on most if not all roms.

The dark text on dark background when you open the menu for some apps is a drawback, however I'm really glad I stumbled across this rom over at romdroidhacks, maybe it's just me but there's something about it, just seems super smooth...

one thing I did do after looking into why google now wouldn't be able to pick up my location was install gapps 4.2 from here:

Hey Sparky. The apps that were closing were market apps, not system apps. They were, Beweather, and weather bug elite. All other apps were restored with TiBu, and only the app, not the datta. It's a great Rom, and it's in one of the Rom slots. You do great work my friend. Thanks for the hard work :-)
