is there a difference in the 9.1.41 leak and the official ota maybe or is that possible with the build numbers the same

I honestly don't know yet. I am in Chicago and my phone is still "Up to date". (I flashed back to ICS).
I am hoping there is a difference. The lag was killing me.

Got it for my RAZR Maxx HD last night. Still no Mass Storage Mode... Waiting for a root so I can install the mass storage apk. Other than that.. no difference from the first leak that came out.. so far atleast.

my battery life seems to drop twice as fast prior to JB. Screen on for 5 minutes i loose 2% to 3%. Last night over night I lost 6% battery. Previously I'd loose maybe 3%.

I'm rooted ICS and just got the notification; postponed the download since I knew I'd have to come back here and check on what to do. If I download JB while rooted, I'm assuming bad things happen.

I answered your other post but I will relay it here. You are fine to be rooted only in fact this is the only way to keep root since there is not a current JB root
