Well then I guess I won't be part of the elite pre-order folks since I have to wait for it to become available on Moto so I can use their money to finance the new purchase.

The rumor I saw this morning is that pre-orders may be available through carriers and playstore today. So we'll see.

No, it's worse than that. I had a watch on the site so I got notified EXACTLY when it went live. I went to the site, got mine in the cart (which was one click), told soocold to get his, and went back to finish mine.....I got mine but it was literally sold out in 3 seconds. _3 SECONDS_....WTF

Why wouldn't they continue selling to those trying to purchase? Just adjust delivery date accordingly for those ordering after initial inventory is depleted.
