On the bionic we had a hack that would stop throttling. Using root explorer go to data/system/throttle, change permission turn of execute.
Then open throttle folder and delete the two files and reboot.
We on RAZR HD have identical files. Has anyone tried this and seen any results, good or bad?

Verizon own throttles 3G, if anything.

Please do not Personal Message me for help or troubleshooting. They will be ignored. Post in threads or start one in Q&A sections.

They only throttle 3g if you're over 2gb and are connected to a congested tower. Once you move away from the tower and connect to another one, you will be fine. No 4g throttling as far as I know
