My girlfriend woke up the other mornin and her razor XT907 had turned off. It won't do anything, i've tried all kinds of button combinations and nothing works. When u try to charge it a green light in the upper left hand corner comes on for a few minutes and then disappears. i took the phone apart and the checked the battery with a multi-meter, battery has 3.67V. anybody else ever experience this????

Sounds hard bricked. Plug it into a Windows computer and then open Device Manager and see what it lists the device as.
