Initial boot takes about 10-15 minutes because ART takes a long time to build up. So be patient :D

Most everything works (I couldn't find anything that didn't work), but it is still beta, so don't post bugs, just be happy our device got updated to Lollipop

what would be the difference between your build and Dhacker s build?

More of the recent updates. They are always updating things, literately all the time. New commits pushed every 10-15 minutes. So my builds have more of those updates.

Nope, bliss is still alive. We are going to build a new bliss based off of cm12.

OK - does that mean there will be more from CM11?

Here's my concerns. Although Lollipop is interesting, I'm completely unimpressed with it so far. I've watch many videos and I'm not seeing any new features I want. I like the black menus over the white. The layered thing - not sure I like that. Just because it has a bigger version number doesn't make it better. Just like Windows 8 is worse than Windows 7 and Gnome 3 is worse then Gnome 2, I have serious concerns that Lollipop is better than KitKat.

In fact - my experience with KitKat sometimes makes me want to go back to Jelly Bean. JB was very stable. When it worked - it worked. With KitKat it seems like it never does the same thing twice. Sometime stuff just works and 2 minutes later - it doesn't. When you hit the Home button sometimes it goes home, sometimes it doesn't Often you have to hit it twice, or 3 times to make it work. Sometimes the task switcher button brings up the list, sometimes it doesn't.

Having said that - a BlissPop ROM (yes - you can use that) would be interesting especially if you can get rid of white and give me back my black. Black is beautiful!

My 2 cents .....

Curious about the following message when I'm flashing CM 12 in Twrp 2.7.1, and how to eliminate it:

mount: failed to mount  /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata  at: /data  Device or resource busy

CM 12 still flashes and everything, but I'm wondering what that message is about.

Edit: dirty flashing this time, but it also showed up when I clean-flashed CM 12 last time

Yes, you will get that error of you wipe system before flash. Just flash it again and it will install fine.
Also latest twrp is 2.8.1.0 for the kkbl.

Actually, I just wiped Dalvik (snicker...) and cache before I flashed, but it boots fine regardless. Yep gotta upgrade to TWRP 2.8.1

Great ROM.
I had a few issues with the camera and network connectivity but I reflashed a few times to get it to to work. Here is the process I followed.
1. Created Nandroid backup of my previous ROM
2. Factory reset
3. Flashed CM12 nighlty
4. Flashed the provided GAPPS
5. Flashed SuperSU
6. Rebooted then this process took about 5-10 minutes to complete
7. Did the restore from previous RAZR M(this took about 20 minutes to complete)

GPS works, wifi works, network works, phone calls work, sound is a little scratchy on phone calls, So far all apps work as far as I have seen. I will keep testing. My quadrant score is about 400 points higher. The system is fluid, I did notice that when I hadn't closed apps and had about 30 of them open the system was lagging a little bit, but this was not unbearable.

Thank you for getting this together. :)

In the process of trying it out. So far it installed and is restoring for Titanium backup. Does not connect to Verizon so can't test it to see if it makes phone calls. I'm going to continue to see how close it gets to being acceptable understanding that this is very early code in development.

My expectations are very low so it's likely to do better than I expect. Trying to see if I like Lollipop.

BTW - thanks for the great work you do. I know I point out problems and I'm opinionated - but don't think I don't appreciate your efforts.

OK - tried it out. Verizon started working so it connects to my carrier. I like Lollipop better than I expected. Xposed doesn't work. But - I can see the day when I'm going to run it. Saving a backup and restoring Bliss Stalk.
