Just wondering, what would bd a negative consequence of changing layout?

I wouldn't call it "negative" or such. It'll be just... different. You may be surprised to see extremely small fonts, or super huge icons... all depending on how much you mess with configurations. But don't despair, just try a different workspace setting and you'll be ok. It's really a fun hybrid ROM.

Thanks, I have already noticed the small fonts with a change to Phablet. LOL

I wiped everything, reset, system. Loaded ROM and gapps. Booted up fine. Then popup Android keyboard has stopped. Wiped cache and dalvik again. Booted up and same message about android keyboard. Can't set up Google without keyboard. Any suggestions?

Nice deal. Love paranoid android. I tried to Port this to the razr months ago but had too many issues. Awesome that its here now

Very strange.... I have PA installed on several devices (S3, Nexus 7, Razr, Razr Maxx) and never had this keyboard issue.

I solved my keyboard issue. I installed 4.2 gapps instead of 4.1. Wiped and reinstalled and I have a keyboard. Everything looks great. Thanks for your work.
