When I am on latest stock build and rooted as soon as I open hangouts or Google maps my text messaging stops working have tried everything to get it going again won't work with standard messaging app, Verizon message+, go sms, or textra. When running CM12 I don't have this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have tried clearing cache, data, turning off data, airplane mode.
