Woke up, grabbed it off the charger, unlocked the screen and it all was blue. Like it had an overlay. I could still see my homescreen under there. Power cycled it, and back to normal.

my first razr got this with yellow. still not sure what causes it.

Its motorola's bad additude.... Lol .... The only time ive seen anything like it was after dropping my razr out of my truck.... (then i was stuck in AP Fastboot) ... But that is/was a different situation.... I think
