Many have tried and all have failed.

OP, if you have attempted to flash every single one of those, there's a good possibility you could have a brick. Can you still get into fastboot?

If you can still get into fastboot, head over to XDA to get the current firmware for the 925. The KK FW isn't hosted anywhere yet, but there are several threads that talk about the KK update for the 925.

I don't have the firmware.  You'll have to go over to XDA and read through the threads on there and get the firmware.

Good Afternoon!
My case is like that, I went to downgrade on my Razr HD. He was installed with the update 4.2.2 KitKat, but started giving a bug Contacts, Camera and other applications. I decided to Downgrade to original version but was giving error in RSD Lite. I was told it was just me going erasing the lines that gave error and that's what I did. If I'm not mistaken I had a line that was giving error: <step operation = "flash" partition = "system" filename = "system_signed" MD5 = "e8c0234f90cbe504cc68aede265c2dfc" />. After I deleted the lines that were giving error he has completed installation, but now my phone does not want to start the android, appears the first logo Motorola and then off and is all black. Could someone give me a light of what really happened?

From already thank you for your attention!

You can't downgrade unless your boot loader is unlocked.
